'No Quibble Return Guarantee' To help you to do this we give you 7 days - no questions asked - to return your purchases for a full refund or exchange. Your 7 days starts from the initial date of dispatch. Returns after 7 days will be accepted for exchange or store credit only. We will not refund the initial postage cost of your item. We do not accept returns on dropship orders. All returned items must be received undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all the labels still attached and in the original unopened packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these criteria. Refused items will be posted back to you and the additional postage will be charged.
